ISIS tunnels destroyed, depots of arms seized in western Nineveh

(Iraq Now News)- Security forces have destroyed five tunnels used by ISIS terrorists in raids in western Nineveh.Spokesman for the security media center Brigadier Gen.

Yehia Rasul said that the raids included the areas of southern Mahlabia, Tal Awad, southern Tal Afar airport and Tal Ghazal.He noted that an ISIS guesthouse was destroyed in the area as well as two depots of arms which contained 130 explosive devices of various categories.In Kirkuk, the Iraqi forces detained a terrorist who tried to place a car bomb in front of a school east of the province.Sources said the terrorist tried to stop the car in front of Awghz elementary school in al-Askari district.They said the terrorist was moved to a nearby detention center.
