Kurdish MPs boycott Iraq’s Parliament decision to reject Kurdistan Independence Referendum

WAAR-DUHOK: The Iraqi Parliament voted on Tuesday to reject Kurdistan Region’s planned independence referendum, a decision which was immediately boycotted by the Kurdish lawmakers in Baghdad.

Kurdish member of Iraqi Parliament, Ashwaq Jaf, insists that the decision is “a violation against the Iraqi constitution itself”.
