Relations between Erbil, Baghdad at all-time low since 2003 – Official

(Iraq Now News)- The relations between Erbil and Baghdad are at an all-time low since 2003, which is disappointing for us and for our allies, Kurdistan Region’s Parliament Speaker Yusuf Mohamed revealed Friday.
