Military commander says there are no ISIS affiliates in Kirkuk

(Iraq Now News)- Commander of special operations in Kirkuk Major Gen.

Maan al-Saadi denied on Saturday reports that there are ISIS affiliates who are still operating in the city and plot to attack it.In a statement, Saadi said:"we assure the people of Kirkuk that the counter-terror service deployed to the city and are working at full capacity to thwart any attacks."He asserted the information circulated on social media are incorrect, noting everything is under control.The commander stated:"Our forces in Kirkuk will crush ISIS terrorists and the separatists in case they dare to attack the city."
